Enhancing Tourism SMEs’ Internal Processes, Stakeholder Communication, and Sustainable Growth

Navigating Innovation in Tourism SMEs

The Process Navigator is designed to empower tourism SMEs with the tools and methodologies required to streamline internal processes, foster effective communication, and develop immersive, sustainable tourism offerings. Although tailored to the tourism sector, the Process Navigator is versatile and can be applied across industries to enhance organisational efficiency and engagement.
